Restorative Dentistry

Restorative Dentistry is to bring back your teeth to their functional use after the damage of tooth decay. By replacing or restoring your teeth, we help bring your mouth back to health. Tooth decay is a form of infection in your mouth, just as you would treat an infection in any other part of your body, your teeth are just as important. We want them to last you a lifetime.

At Smiling Heart Dentistry, we offer dental treatments for our patients by determining the extent of decay, where it is located, and whether nearby teeth are also effected. We offer small treatments like fillings and porcelain crowns to larger treatments like root canals, bridges or even implants. Our dentists, Dr. Khachatryan, Dr. Im, and Dr. Furca, will help you from beginning to end, giving you a strong and healthy mouth.

Fillings

Dental Fillings are a common Restoration. The Center for Disease Control stated in 2002 that by age 17, 78% of people will have had at least one cavity. Come see us before the problem gets worse.

Crowns

Dental Crowns help strengthen a weakened tooth. To save the natural structure that has been severely damaged, we place a crown, which serves as a cap for the tooth.

Root Canal Therapy

When bacteria reaches the pulp of your tooth, we need to clear out the infection. If infection is allowed to continue, it will destroy the tooth. This is done with a root canal.

Dentures

Partial and Full dentures are replacement multiple teeth which can dramatically improve your daily life if multiple teeth are missing.

Dental Bridges

Bridges are made to replace a missing tooth with a false tooth that is anchored in place by the two surrounding teeth. Missing teeth can cause teeth shifting, which effects your bite, and bone atrophy, which can give you an older appearance.

Dental Implants

Implants permanently replace a missing tooth or multiple teeth with a device that is implanted directly into the bone. This option offers a solid, strong, dental base for a permanent fix.
